home based franchise

Are there any decent home based franchise businesses out there?

I have gotten the feeling for awhile that so many of the home based business opportunities that I see are kinda scammy. But there are some many legitimate ones and I hope to explore what to look for in this article.

Home based franchises are franchises like any other, but you don't need an office to run them. That means they don't have a parade of customers coming in and out all day — if they did, your neighbors would be mad and the city zoning folks would be paying you a visit. I used to run a business from home and I had 17 people working in my garage. It was an adventure, partly because we didn't have a kitchen or a bathroom in the garage (does your garage have these amenities?) so we had to let people in the house to take care of this business.

My wife will never let me have another such "home based" business!

But I run a number of businesses from home nowadays, without employees and without overhead. I love the short commutes. And the fact that I can be naked typing this and you would never know it! People on the other end of the phone always assume you are wearing clothes (I guess they assume this…come to think of it, I never asked!)

Home based businesses fall into categories and most of them involve heavy selling. Equipment leasing. Mortgage brokering (now there's a lousy business these days). Insurance. You have to go out there and shake the trees for business, peddle your wares, talk talk talk and sell sell sell.

And 99% of the businesses that don't require selling don't work. But I know one candidate that possibly might be a good business, and that is litigation financing. Check into it. It's little known, practically a secret. And you do interact with people — the people who are victims of injuries and accidents. They're suing someone else and expect to win. And you give them a bit of cash to tide them over.

There is glad-handing also — making friends with the lawyers in your area. That's kinda fun, actually. Contrary to popular belief, lawyers are fun people. Often a little weird, but fun. And they like you because you're helping their clients. Everyone likes you. When you are advancing money, it doesn't have to be your  money. Plenty of investors love this business and will back you.

So why not learn more about it by getting on my mailing list. Never will I give your name to a soul! Just pure unadulterated very good information including videos, audios and telephone seminars that I am hoping to do, and whatnot, and you will be able to learn so much about this business and see if this home based franchise (that we don't offer yet) would be for you if we did offer it! Meanwhile, if you want to steal the idea and do it without me, you are welcome to.

Truth is, this opportunity is so big that you and I and a hundred people could get in it and hardly make a ripple. If you get into it and make a bunch of money, drop me a line and maybe we can share some tips.
