paralegal jobs

A lot of paralegal jobs revolve around working in a law office. Are you looking for a way to be involved in your career and still be a stay-at-home mom?

Working in a paralegal job means you will be commuting to the office and you will be away from home. If you want to home school your kids, or be there when they come home from school, it is difficult when you have a law firm job.

The law firm is a real pressure cooker environment. Many law firms work in litigation, which involves tight deadlines. Complaints have to be filed and discovery motions have to be made and much of this has to be done in a matter of days. Clients get things to the firm at the last minute and it is often a parade of hard-to-meet deadlines.

If your firm is involved in transactional law the pressure may be less. Immigration law may be a bit less pressure. Corporate law may be easier in terms of stress. But even these jobs tend to have tight deadlines.

Many paralegal jobs are available at law firms but few allow the chance to be a mom and stay at home while making good money. I discuss home based business opportunities for paralegals and I urge you to enter your email address and get my exclusive nine page report and occasional emails on these opportunities. I never share your information with anyone and you can unsubscribe anytime you want.
