Which home based business franchise opportunity?

Lately we've talked about two types of home based business franchise opportunity. One is in the broad area of expense reduction:

  • Auditing workman's compensation,
  • Auditing company's leasing expenses,
  • Auditing company's use of electricity

The other type is brokering:

  • Equipment leasing where you broker leases between small businesses and large leasing companies
  • Factoring and accounts receivable lending where you broker deals between commercial finance companies and small businesses who need loans.

The first category of home based business, expense reduction, calls for a person who is both a good salesperson (to land the account), and a good detail oriented person, to do the actual work.

The second category of home based business franchise opportunity, brokering, calls for a high level of selling. This will appeal to salespeople who are good at making deals. You do have to put together paperwork and submit completed packages to lenders, but most of what you do involves dealmaking, which a lot of you like.

I also have a third business that you should consider, more in the brokering area, and that is litigation finance. You advance money to people who are victims of accident, injury or wrongdoing and who expect substantial settlements. This is a little-known business but there are about two million lawsuits each year that could be ideal for litigation financing and the field is wide open. Join my email list and find out more. I will never share your info and you can unsubscribe any time you want. Thanks!
