Financial services franchise for ex-mortgage brokers

The skills that make you a good mortgage broker can make you good at other businesses as well.

And we know that mortgages aren't such a good business these days so it pays to cast about and look for something else, doesn't it?

You can get into businesses such as equipment leasing or helping to arrange loans for small businesses. But these are slim pickings also. They aren't going to bring in the kind of money as easily as the mortgage business has in the past 5 years.

Maybe nothing is as lucrative as mortgages has been. But the handwriting is on the wall: time to get into something new.

May I suggest litigation funding as a home based franchise or home based business? Out of 16 million civil court actions filed each year in state courts alone, one or two million have serious merit. And those folks who are victims of medical malpractice, or drunk drivers, or some poorly designed product — they need help paying their living expenses. They need your help so they can get by during the time between the lawsuit being filed, and the lawsuit being settled or won in court.

There is no litigation funding home based franchise at this point but I'm thinking of starting one. I have the best guy in the business, in my not-objective opinion. He's spilling the beans on the business including:

How to find profitable cases with no selling

How to get attorneys in your pocket so they refer case after case

How to tell good from bad cases

How to get into this business using other people's money — you don't invest your own money and you don't risk your own money investing in lawsuits. It's other people's money that you are investing in.

Check it out if you are interested. Join my high quality list and learn more. Thanks!
