Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you know that lawsuits are exploding in the United States. Everyone is suing everyone else. And it turns out, as you would expect, that there is an opportunity here.

Lawcrossing.com reports law firm positions increased 11-35% across the nation in 2006. Over 1.2 million employers use lawyers. This is a huge field for anyone in a legal related profession, and the one I’m telling you about is the one that is “flying under the radar.”

Though the media often covers lawsuits that are silly and frivolous, most lawsuits are justified. The people who are suing are real victims and they need help. I should know. My wife is a lawyer who works for California law firms and I hear about it every day.

Advancing money in a lawsuit can pay off

Here’s how it works: Let’s say that Mary had a bad auto accident. She needs a few bucks to live on. She is hobbling around to the doctor, trying to stay afloat financially while she endures really bad pain from her injuries.
